WISPgen Terms

Terms of service

Last updated 6 October 2026. These terms are between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us"), of [REGISTERED ADDRESS].

What you are buying

A Written Information Security Program document generated from the answers you provide. It is a documentation tool. It is not legal advice, not a compliance audit, and not a certification of any kind. Whether the plan is adequate for your obligations is a judgement only you and your advisers can make.

No IT professional reviews your answers. This is a self-service product and the document is produced from what you tell us, without verification. If you want a plan underwritten by an IT provider, that is a different service and you should contact us rather than buy this one.

Accuracy is yours

The document restates what you told us. You attest at submission, in your own name and stated role, that your answers are accurate and that you are authorised to give them for your firm. Ratings labelled as derived — the impact and likelihood assessments — are calculated from your answers by a published rubric printed inside the document, and are estimates rather than a professional risk assessment.

We do not assert a security control on your behalf. Every control in the document reflects an answer you gave: implemented, not implemented, or planned. A control you marked "planned" is printed as planned.

Limitation of liability

This section is pending review by our attorney and will be updated. In the meantime, so that you are not left guessing: our total liability to you for any claim arising out of this service is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Support and complaints

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We aim to reply within [RESPONSE TIME] on business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, reply asking for it to be escalated and [ESCALATION CONTACT] will review it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], and the courts of [VENUE] have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published when you bought, and we will not change them retroactively to your disadvantage.
